The ladies of the royal family are huge fashion inspirations to all of us. One thing we've noticed this season is that there seems to be one shoe style, in particular, that is a big hit with the royals.

Whether they're at official engagements or out and about in their downtime, the women in the royal family have been wearing classic espadrille wedges and showing us how to work the trend.

On a day family day out to support her husband in a polo match, the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted in a stylish blue dress from Zara teamed with a pair of beige espadrille wedges.
